1) cut off - grinding processing:

Carbide afraid shock, please do not use metal hammer. Carbide magnet is not easy to absorb, so when you use magnets, please again confirmed the workpiece is loose. Cut off - machined surface will be smooth after grinding, and the Angle is very sharp, please pay attention to safety when carrying and use.

2.) electro discharge machining, wire-cutting processing:

Hard alloy surface after electro discharge machining is the most prone to crack and collapse Angle, so please according to products using condition to adjust the processing procedure. Line often produces crack phenomenon, so please confirm the finish surface after the processing without defect on to the next working procedure.

3) welding process:

Hard alloy in the weld process prone to cracks, please confirm the finish surface after the processing without damage to the next process. When the flying objects produced during the welding operation are attached to the carbide weld (iron), alloy due to rapid cooling after heating is easy to crack, so when doing welding work, please be careful. 4.) HIT processing in stuffing (diffusion) on hole, tapping and other operations, stuffing will happen shake or cemented carbide parts cracked phenomenon, please confirmed after the operation without exception.
